Vyra ("Vyra," "we," "us," or "our") provides a health and fitness platform that connects personal trainers and their clients with tools for nutrition tracking, biological age analysis, biometric integration, and supplement recommendations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using Vyra's website, mobile app, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash), date of birth, sex, and role (trainer or client).

Profile and health information. You may provide height, weight, body composition, training history, dietary preferences, supplement use, and self-reported health information. Trainers may also provide professional credentials and business information.

Biometric and wearable data. With your permission, we collect data from connected services such as WHOOP, Apple Health, Google Fit, Oura, and Garmin. This may include heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep stages, workout activity, recovery scores, resting heart rate, and respiratory rate.

Laboratory data. If you order bloodwork through Vyra or upload lab results, we collect the resulting biomarker values (e.g., glucose, lipid panel, inflammatory markers, hormone panels) and use them to compute biological age estimates and trends.

Nutrition and activity data. Food logs, supplement intake, workouts, and adherence metrics you record in the app.

Commerce data. If you purchase supplements or services through Vyra, we collect billing details, shipping address, and order history. Payment card numbers are processed by our payment processor and are not stored on Vyra's servers.

Device and usage data. IP address, device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and usage analytics (which screens you view, which features you use).

Communications. Messages exchanged between trainers and clients within the platform, and any correspondence you send to our support team.

With your trainer or client. If you are a client, the trainer you have connected with can see the data you share through the platform. If you are a trainer, your clients can see information you choose to share with them.

Connected integrations. When you link a third-party service such as WHOOP, we exchange data with that service only to the extent you authorize. Data you share with those services is also governed by their own privacy policies.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
